Your instrument will be carefully wrapped and protected, after any dis-assembly, before it's moved from it's current location.
Installation in it's new home
When your piano arrives at it's destination, it's equally important that the same care is taken while unloading and moving the piano into it's new position.
Your piano will then be carefully un-wrapped and re-assembled.
